NAVIEN LEVEL 2 TRAINING

The Navien Level 2 training is a technical class given with a PowerPoint presentation. This is comprehensive and suited for anyone involved with Navien equipment, including sales, installation, and service people. This offering is focused on the NCB-H combi unit, mainly because this model includes upgrades and changes across the Navien line. Topics include a brief introduction of the boiler, understanding domestic hot water capacities and a comparison to tanked water heaters, common installation mistakes, wiring and dip switch settings, troubleshooting including noises and the “hot/cold water sandwich”, start-up procedures, etc. There is very little fluff in this class that typically lasts about two hours and is a requirement prior to attending the Level 3 class.
